Towering 35 stories above Capitol Park, the Stott Building was designed by architecture firm Donaldson & Meier and constructed in 1929 for the Stott flour-mill company. The skyscraper was purchased by Bedrock in 2015. In 2018, architecture firm Kraemer Design Group renovated the property into The Stott apartments, along with a top-floor fitness center for residents, five floors of offices and ground-floor retail space. The Art Deco-style landmark features a slender build with a brick facade, a marble base and an uplit tiered summit, as well as detailing created by sculptor Corrado Parducci.
