Constructed in 2022 and centered on a square block, the contemporary community comprises 20 ground-up properties and four renovated Victorian mansions, with a total of 400 for-rent and for-sale individual residences. Some of the market-rate and affordable apartment buildings include fitness centers, rooftop terraces and underground parking garages for residents, along with restaurants and retailers.
